It doesn’t seem that long ago now, but it has been 6 years since I caught the Crossfit bug. Coming from a globo gym, this was an eye-opener. For me crossfit has everything fitness and now for me missing a day I should be there leaves me shuddering with guilt.
Among a lot of things, one I quickly found out about crossfit is a very painful and annoying one. Ripped hands! We’ve all had them and hate them. You are flying through your pull-ups when you feel that unmistakable sting and you know you’ve ripped. Taking your first shower after a fresh rip is horrible. You can’t grip a bar properly for a few days adterword and try shaking someone’s hand.
I worry sometimes that if the WOD is heavy on the hands especially during a competition or if one is coming up that I’m going to be handicapped and unable to do my best if I rip.
If you’ve ripped or are concerned about ripped hands, I’ve got everything here to help fix those rips and to help prevent ripping your hands and keep you on the bar.
My goal is to give you the best selection of hand protection you can find anywhere so you can WOD with much less worry
If you ever need a hand or have Any questions, feel free to leave them below and I will be more than happy to help you out.
All the best,
